Trish Chellen - Associate Governor

I have been involved in the teaching profession for 27 years. After completing my 4 year B Ed Hons degree at Westminster College, Oxford, I started out my teaching career working in a very large primary school in Medway. During my time there I taught across the whole of Key stage 1 and Key stage 2 whilst also carrying out the role of Assistant Head teacher and completing my NPQH. I have also taught in a range of schools in the Ashford and Folkestone areas.

 

In September 2018 I was appointed Deputy Headteacher at Dymchurch Primary school, where I work alongside a great team of staff.

 

As Deputy Headteacher and Associate governor, I am very passionate about ensuring all children are provided with the very best opportunities and support in order for them to be the very best they can.
