School Uniform

We encourage the children to take a pride in their appearance and require all children to wear school uniform, which is listed below.  Dymchurch Primary School logo sweatshirts, cardigans, polo shirts, t-shirts, ties and book bags are available to purchase from the school office, and can be paid for via the shop on the Arbor app.  

 

Girls KS1:

White polo shirt -  grey skirt - grey pinafore or trousers - school jumper or cardigan with school logo (available to buy from the school office)

 

Girls KS2: 

White blouse - school tie -  grey skirt - grey pinafore or trousers - school jumper or cardigan with school logo (tie and jumpers available to buy from the school office)
Sensible black shoes (not trainers)

 

Girls Summer uniform – Same as above including grey culottes or pale blue and white gingham dress

Leggings may be worn under a skirt if necessary.

 

Boys KS1:

White polo shirt -  grey trousers - school jumper with school logo (available to buy from the school office) - black shoes (no trainers)

 

Boys KS2:

White shirt -  school tie - grey trousers - school jumper with school logo (tie and jumpers available to buy from the school office) - black shoes (no trainers)

Summer uniform - Same as above and grey shorts

No jogging bottoms to be worn unless as part of PE uniform.

 

Jewellery

Only the wearing of one pair of studded earrings and a watch is acceptable.
No necklaces / bracelets / bangles, rings or hoop earrings are allowed.

 

We have a no jewellery policy for participation in P.E. to ensure the safety of the children.  This includes the removal of earrings by the child or their covering with medical tape which should be provided by the parents.

 

Hair

Long hair should be tied back securely.  Extreme fashion hairstyles such as unnatural dye colours, images or lines cut into the hair should not be worn.

 

P.E. Kit

White school emblem T-shirt (available to buy at the school office) - compulsory
Blue shorts or jogging bottoms (in winter)
Pair of white socks
Plimsolls or black trainers
