Remembrance Day at Dymchurch

Remembrance day assembly today was lovely, and once again our children have shown their wonderful attitude and positive approach to life at school.

 

I was very impressed with the respect shown during our Remembrance Assembly this morning and would like to thank Victoria Harris for her informative assembly, teaching the children all about the Poppy Appeal, while managing to embarrass a few members of staff at the same time.

 

The children have also helped to create a wonderful display in the school, adding their thumbprints to make a field full of poppies as part of remembrance. Please see the pictures below.
